[A51] Query - Use of Kraken with CPUs

I agree that the CAL code for a5_ilx and a5_ati should be updated to work
with the most recent AMD GPUs, of course. Regarding legacy boards requiring
legacy OS/drivers, that's fortunately not true though. I used an updated
Ubuntu with the latest version (at the time) of the Catalyst drivers and
AMD-APP-SDK with the Radeon HD 6990 board (*3) when I was working with
Kraken before, and it worked perfectly fine.

This is an interesting project in case anyone wants to try porting the
current CAL/IL code (500 lines of code in total) to GCN ISA code:
